Rent is $450/month with Security/cleaning deposit equal to the rent , which includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer available for your use. Price includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage, cable, and internet. You provide your own toiletries and food. Also, an extra frig. and freezer in garage to use.
Please have a rental history and references available. Must not be allergic to animals, as I have a cat/dog. Sorry, no pets, no smoking or drugs and no over night guest. Must be able to respect the privacy of others. This is not a party house, and would be great for a student. Only 5 minutes from LBCC and 20 minutes from OSU.
